ENVIRONMENTAL LAND MANAGEMENT
As a fully qualified and experienced ecologist I can identify the potential of your land to support new habitats and for restoring existing ones that will maximise your income from your Environmental Land Management agreement. I will undertake a thorough assessment of your holding, to enable you to maximise future benefits both for wildlife and your income stream and can take the plan through negotiation with Natural England and manage the application. The cost will depend upon the area of the holding and its complexity.
I can also undertake specific areas of work for you once you have an agreement in place, such as to produce a grassland creation management plan, specify and source seed mixtures for new wild flower grassland and provide ongoing advice on managing wildlife-rich areas. For very special sites I can also produce bespoke management plans, for which special funding may be available.
